Shipping & Order Tracking

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 5–7 business days after shipment.

If your order has not arrived within 9 business days of shipment notification, please contact us with your order number and we will provide the most current tracking information.

Receiving Your Shipment

If damage is discovered, contact us immediately.

Shipping Damage

All shipments from us, to you, are insured against damage. There is no additional cost to the customer for insurance. If damage is determined:

  • Contact us for instructions

  • Retain all packaging materials

International, Alaska & Hawaii Orders

Please contact us by phone or email for orders to Canada with the item details and delivery address so we can provide a shipping quote. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii incur a flat $100 U.S. Dollars fee that is added in your cart for shipping at the time you check out.

Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to applicable processing or manufacturer fees if the order has already entered production or shipment. Orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation.
