TERMS OF SERVICE & BILLING TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through TiffanyLamps.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. TiffanyLamps.com is operated by Montana Wood Designs, Inc., a Montana-based family-owned business.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover

  • PayPal

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

  • Amazon Pay

For security reasons, do not send credit card information by email. Payments must be submitted through our secure checkout or by phone.

Order Placement & Payment

  • Orders may be placed online, by phone, or by email

  • Final payment must be received before an order ships

  • Orders with incomplete, declined, or unverified payment will not be processed or shipped

Delivery Estimates

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Delivery typically occurs within 5–7 business days after shipment.

TiffanyLamps.com does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Pricing & Listing Accuracy

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)

  • Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice

  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the order

Taxes, Shipping & International Orders

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are disclosed on the product page or confirmed prior to order finalization.

  • International, Alaska, and Hawaii orders require a custom shipping quote

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without penalty. After 24 hours, cancellation may be subject to applicable processing or manufacturer fees if the order has already entered production or shipment. Orders already in production may not be eligible for cancellation.

Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on returns and refunds.

Billing Information & Authorization

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information. Orders may be delayed, placed on hold, or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Failed Payments, Fraud & Chargebacks

  • Orders with failed or declined payments will not ship.

  • We reserve the right to reattempt payment authorization.

  • Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be canceled.

  • Repeated chargebacks may result in order cancellation or account review.

Privacy & Security

Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer service, and operational purposes and is not sold to third parties. Payment information is encrypted and processed securely. Sensitive billing details should never be sent by email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Montana.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
