Shipping Charges
Products ship Free with standard shipping to contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement. Delivery typically occurs within 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order ships. If your order has not arrived within approximately 9 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us so we may assist you. Freight Damage
Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Check the bill of lading and verify that the quantity of packages delivered agrees with what the BOL indicates left the factory. Please inspect the shipment before signing the bill of lading to ensure the merchandise appears to be in good condition. If damage is discovered, please notify us immediately so we may assist you with the freight claim process. You can contact us by phone at (406) 857-3525 or e-mail info@tiffanylamps.com. Any visible damage should be clearly noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery and signing. Although damage claims are rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against freight damage. There is no additional cost to the customer for freight insurance.
