Shipping Charges

Products ship Free with standard shipping to contiguous United States (lower 48 states). $100 is added to orders shipping to Alaska and/or Hawaii. For orders to Canada, please call or email your specifics and we will return a quote for you. If international, you are NOT able to complete an online transaction at this time.

Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of placement. Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days after shipment, depending on destination.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order ships. If your order has not arrived within approximately 9 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us so we may assist you. Shipping Damage

Please be prepared to inspect your order when it arrives. Please inspect the shipment upon arrival to ensure the merchandise appears to be in good condition. If damage is discovered, please notify us immediately so we may assist you with the shipping claim process. You can contact us by phone at (406) 857-3525 or e-mail info@tiffanylamps.com. Any visible damage should be clearly noted and communicated to use immediately. Although damage claims are quite rare, they can happen and your products are fully insured against shipping damage. There is no additional cost to the customer for shipping insurance.
