Meyda Tiffany Guirnalda Table Lamp
Details
The Meyda Tiffany Guirnalda Table Lamp is a nature study in glass. Its dome shade is dominated by trailing vines and leaves in multiple shades of green, from deep forest to lime, weaving across a cream/beige background with small dark blue-purple floral accents scattered throughout. The design has an organic, unforced quality: the vines move naturally across the glass surface rather than repeating in a rigid pattern. When lit, the greens push forward warmly and the tiny floral accents catch the light like scattered jewels.
The base is a graceful two-handled urn in Mahogany Bronze finish the classic Art Nouveau form that Meyda Tiffany uses to great effect across their nature-themed collection. The double handle detail gives it sculptural presence even unlit, and the warm bronze finish deepens the greens and creams of the shade without competing with them. Meyda handcrafts each piece using the copper foil technique, with every glass piece individually cut and wrapped before soldering.
A refined choice for dining rooms, libraries, and traditionally styled living rooms. The Guirnalda works especially well on dark wood surfaces where its cream dome floats visually above the table. Accepts two 60-watt bulbs.
